Personal Coaching
Coaching is an effective method for helping others to improve, develop, learn new skills, find personal success, achieve aims and manage business and personal changes.
Research shows that combining personal coaching with training makes the training significantly more effective.
The coaching relationship will take place in face-to-face sessions at the workplace. For achieving change, a course of sessions will normally be needed. For following up a training course or resolving a particular issue, as few as two sessions may be needed.
